How Many Sessions Will I Need?
The response to Hypnotherapy varies in different individuals and in accordance with the issues involved, but three sessions is a good starting point. Subsequent "top ups" or ongoing hypnotherapy / counselling sessions can then be put in place as required. An appointment lasts around 55 minutes.
